What an “authorized Proxmox reseller” means
An authorized reseller is a company admitted to the official partner program of the vendor, Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH. In practice it means the subscription you buy comes from the official Proxmox channel, is correctly assigned to your account and covered by vendor support. You avoid “keys from an unknown source” that may stop working after an update.
We sell exactly what is on the manufacturer's price list — we do not add margin on top of the list price. You get what the vendor does not provide directly to a Polish company: a VAT invoice in PLN, local settlement and support in Polish.
What we sell: Proxmox VE, PBS and PMG
- Proxmox VE (Virtual Environment) — virtualization platform (KVM + LXC containers) with clusters, HA and Ceph storage. Licensed per CPU socket in each host.
- Proxmox Backup Server (PBS) — deduplicated backup of VMs and containers; billed per server/instance.
- Proxmox Mail Gateway (PMG) — mail gateway with anti-spam and anti-virus; billed per server/instance.
Subscription tiers — what differs
Proxmox VE has four subscription tiers. Key fact: every tier gives access to the same stable Enterprise repository (recommended for production). Tiers differ in vendor support — number of tickets, response time and remote (SSH) support.

How buying works
- You tell us how many hosts and CPUs you have and which support tier you need (for PBS/PMG — how many servers).
- We prepare a quote in PLN: VE per CPU socket, PBS/PMG per instance.
- After approval we issue a VAT invoice in PLN and deliver the key usually within 24 h.
- We help activate the subscription and — optionally — deploy or migrate the environment.

How does Community differ from the paid tiers?
All four tiers (Community, Basic, Standard, Premium) give access to the same stable Enterprise repository. The difference is vendor support: number of tickets, response time and, on higher tiers, remote SSH support.
How are Proxmox VE, PBS and PMG licensed?
Proxmox VE is licensed per CPU socket in each host — regardless of cores or VMs. Proxmox Backup Server (PBS) and Mail Gateway (PMG) are billed per server/instance. A dual-socket VE server needs two subscriptions.
How fast will I get the subscription key?
Usually within 24 hours of order confirmation. We assign the key to your Proxmox account and help activate it, including offline environments (Offline Key Activation on higher tiers).
Do you help migrate from VMware to Proxmox?
Yes. Beyond license delivery we run VMware→Proxmox migrations, build high-availability (HA) clusters, Ceph storage and Proxmox Backup Server. The Sztorm IT team has administered servers since 2003.
